Auburn, AL, May 26, 2016 — CSP Technologies, Inc., a global leader in advanced polymeric protective packaging solutions, today announced that Serge Dupuis has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Dupuis is an accomplished finance leader with over 19 years of senior leadership roles mainly in manufacturing environments. He joins CSP Technologies from Breeze-Eastern Corp., a global aerospace manufacturer, where he was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to Breeze-Eastern, he was Vice President, Finance at AAR Airlift Group, a provider of expeditionary airlift and specialized aircraft modifications. He previously was Chief Financial Officer of the Cari-All Group, the largest manufacturer of shopping carts in North America. Earlier in his career, he worked in senior finance roles at Precor Inc., a manufacturer of fitness equipment, and Bombardier Inc., a manufacturer of business jets, regional aircraft and transportation equipment.
